Tickets and entry

When and where is the festival?

Saturday, February 6, 2027, at the Cathedral City Community Amphitheater, 68526 Avenida Lalo Guerrero, Cathedral City, CA 92234. Gates open at 12:00 PM and the music runs from 1:00 to 6:00.

What does a ticket cost?

General admission is $65 and gives you open lawn seating anywhere on the field. It is the only tier still available.

VIP Cabanas were $500 for a reserved space seating six to eight with early entrance. They are sold out for 2027.

Is there assigned seating?

No. General admission is open lawn and the reserved cabanas are gone, so where you sit is decided by when you arrive. Come early if being close to the stage matters to you.

How many tickets are there?

1,800, and the number is deliberate rather than a limit we ran into. It keeps the lawn comfortable and the lines short. 2026 sold out at exactly this number.

Can I buy for a large group?

Yes. Buy general admission tickets together through the ticket link. For anything beyond that, email pipsent@gmail.com and we'll work it out directly.

On the day

What can I bring?

  • Lawn chairs, and low ones are kinder to the people behind you
  • Blankets
  • Picnic baskets, food and drinks
  • Cards, dominoes and other table games
  • A hat for the afternoon and a jacket for the last hour

Is there food on site?

Yes. Food trucks and vendors all day. You're still welcome to bring your own basket if you'd rather set up and stay put.

What time should I arrive?

Gates open at noon and the first set is at 1:00, so there is a full hour to set up before anything starts. Seating is open, so arriving early is the whole difference between a good spot and a far one. Most people come at one and make an afternoon of it.

What's the weather like in February?

This is the best stretch of the Palm Springs year. Afternoons run into the seventies in full sun, and the temperature drops quickly once the sun goes behind the mountains around five. Dress for both halves of the day.

Is it good for families?

Yes. It's a daytime outdoor festival with room to spread out, and plenty of people come as a family group or a crew.

Getting there and getting in

Is there parking?

Yes, free and on site. No parking charge and no long shuttle ride. One of the quiet advantages of a venue this size.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. The Cathedral City Community Amphitheater is ADA compliant, with accessible pathways and designated seating areas. If you need something specific arranged, email info@soulspringsfest.com ahead of the day and we'll sort it out.

What's the venue actually like?

An outdoor amphitheater with a wide open lawn, the San Jacinto mountains behind the stage, and space to move around between sets. It's a park, not a stadium.

How far is it from the airport?

About fifteen minutes from Palm Springs International, and ten from downtown Palm Springs. Los Angeles is roughly two hours, San Diego two and a half.

Vendors, banners and partners

Can I sell at the festival?

Vendor booths are 10×10 outdoor spaces at $200, and there are only fifteen. Our first two years sold out, so apply early.

Can I put up a banner?

Side of stage, front of stage and cabana surround placements are available in limited numbers. We print, hang and remove them. Email pipsent@gmail.com to reserve one.

Still stuck? Call 626 667-4388 or email info@soulspringsfest.com.

Vendor booth questions go to epblacklabel@yahoo.com. Banners, cabanas and large groups go to pipsent@gmail.com.

That's everything.
Come get a good spot.

$65 general admission, 1,800 tickets, and the same cap that sold out last year.
